  No, you do not have to be connected to the internet to use decorate IT. You will require a internet connection in order to  
    receive our automatic price updates.  
 
  Is there after sales system support?  
  Yes, we do have a HelpDesk and your initial installation of decorate IT includes training.  
 
  Can decorate IT be integrated with an accounting packages?  
  Yes, we can export Invoices, Credit Notes and Orders to Pastel.  
 
  Can an end-users in-house price list be added to the decorate IT system?  
  Yes, we can add your own unique price list should it be a product you use regularly. Please contact us for more info.  
 
  What happens if I sell a product that is not in decorate IT?  
  Provision has been made so that you can add once-off items to your quoting/invoicing procedure.
